Oh please people please use common sense. I don't have any problems with the pictures, but she was not in public domain and she took and distributed pictures that were specifically prohibited in her job function. It doesn't matter WHAT the reasons were for her employer to forbade public disclosure of what the job entailed, she's still held liable for failing to uphold the terms of her agreement. It's as if a housekeeper were to take pictures of your house and distribute it to the public in violation of your direct orders.
