Godskitchen or Passion are my faves and probably the best out of the lot personally

I don't think there is such a thing as a good superclub anymore..

Sure gatecrasher was great back in the 20th century but too much merchandising and over priced events have resulted in people getting fed up with the brand image, the same can be said for godskitchen and ministry of sound..

This is the reason possibly why other clubs such as the arches are still going strong till this day. pressure continually sells out as does inside out and colours. There are also a lot of clubs down south that are doing well for themselves because they have kept it 'real' so to speak, and not overdone the marketing.

thats just my thoughts anyway, they may be wrong

i would say to be a superclub it needs to be more than a club or weekly clubnite. Need to be involved in festivals, multiple nights out around the country, cd albums, international tours. Basically its when a club night becomes a clubbing brand.

three of the first must have been Cream, Gatecrasher and Ministry of Sound of which none can really be called superclubs now.

Godskitchen is the closest at the moment and Slinky definately was in the late 90s/early 00s but probably not so much now with Passion possibly becoming another "superclub" but as far as i know they havent done anything international.
