I have heard mixed things about them... if my memory serves me correctly then I recal there was a thread just recently complaining about them.
Do a search and see if you can find it, may be worth it as it may tell you more.

I made a thread some time ago regarding Yoshitoshi and it also got censored, maybe that's the one you recall. However, it was about their mp3 service.
Can't help though, never ordered from them, and it's quite odd that they don't serve mp3s worldwide (or at least last time I've checked they didn't).
