Well Biz is right about both bar time and afterhours places 2 A.M. (afterhours club) only serves water. As far as bars/lounges are concerned, theres quite a few.
Funky Buddha Lounge, no cover only like 3 blocks from the church, chill, relaxed, no cover, dj typically spinning prog house.
www.funkybuddhalounge.com
Blue 67, is a martini bar that has a dj that spins similar style to the buddha again relaxed and chill, casual to dressy on clothes people usually wear. There is also Mynt and Lotus. These 3 are owned by the same person. www.blue67.com/ then lotus or mynt or blue 67 behind the backslash depending on where you wanna go, however their website seems to be down atm. . . .
Mynt is the smallest of all the places mentioned so far. It has a dj and no cover same dress as above as well.
Lotus is the newest of the 3 (only been open a coupla weeks) and as such its the 'place to be' be dressed to impress and be prepared to wait in line. We saw Holden there last friday and it was nuts. Hot women everywhere you looked. Its got only a few booths that are for vip/bottle purchasers. The cover was $10, not sure about normal though. Its the biggest out of the 3 (Mynt, Blue 67 and itself).
Theres also the Purple Martini, again a martini bar, though i've personally never been there, so I can't speak about it. . . .
Hope this helps somewhat, we usually hang at the buddha before anything at the church just due to the close proximity of the 2. . .

What do you put into your live sets that has made you a dancefloor favorite for the past decade?
"I’m a dance floor favorite? Great! I would say the passion that I feel for the music I buy and the honesty with how I play it. I play the records I love not the ones that simply work. I’ve never taken the easy music option (which would make me a lot more money by the way) but chosen to push people a little. I try to draw people in a new direction slightly and expand their taste a little more than other DJ’s." - Lee Burridge
