Help Me!

what's the best way for me to crop a picture on my comp so that it will fit the 100x100 pixel requirement for an avatar?

Hmmm what I usually do is right click on the pic and select "Edit" which opens it in Microsoft Paint. Then I click on 'Image' along the top menu and then choose 'Stretch/Skew.' Then just change the % accordingly.

There is probably an easier way, but thats what I do.
