Is there anyone who would like a really cheap place to live in london?

2, yes 2 of my house mates are moving out beginning of June, therefore leaving 2 rooms at a ridiculously cheap rent for london.
£310 a month for a large double room inc council tax water rate and tv licence.

Criteria to fill are you have to:
like trance (although technically this is optional),
looking to stay in the place for at least a year,
able to pitch in on cleaning, and
that i like you if i meet you.

its a long shot, most of you are northerners

omg sooooo cheap

any couples gonna do that? thats only 155 pounds a month! i would do that if

a: i wasn't a student
B: i had a decent job
c: had another half

technically it would be £330 if it was a couple, but i dont really want any other couples in the house, as there would be too many people (me and gareth are a one off)

the house next to me is rented by 4 peeps, costs about 1300 a month? and my house is just a regular 3 bedroom terrace. and our mortgage is only 500 a month
