Well, I hate to tell you, but working out and such during this time is not going to give you any results greater than what you'd normally get out of it. You're taking a form of glucocorticoid steroid, not an anabolic steroid. It's used to reduce inflammation, not build muscle mass. An increase in appetite is normal since steroids as a general rule affect metabolism. I wouldn't chow down though, because as I said, the steroid you are on will not help you build muscle mass or increase your athletic performance. Many people on anti-inflammatory steroids gain some serious poundage. Hope that helps.
