Help me with this song!

Hey all.
For those of you who have seen Blade 2, you know the bit where Blade fights the bald vampire bloke who had a bomb stuck on the back of his head. When the fight starts this music comes on that starts off with a bloke shouting "Come on all you mother Fc*kers!
Anyone know what this song is called? Its been bugging me for ages.
