is the track called Ibiza in My Soul? If so that track has been around for quite sometime, Bad Boy Bill had it on Bangin in London released in early 2000.

no, it's a fairly new song.. I think it hasn't been released yet.. Only some dj's have promo copys. Armin seems to be playing the hell out of it.. I love it more and more everytime I hear it.. such a catchy beat for me.
