the time when the sun sets and its still light out....best....time.....ever. same goes for sunrise if you were partying all night.
Since I'm not working, or in school for the Summer, 1pm - probably the hottest time of the day

In general I prefer any time during the night, but during the summer any time between midnight and sunrise is really nice.
