Well....I don't know about people who do it, but when i do, first take it, a song always pops in my head ....its the one Homer sings when his father is watching the firs tman land on the moon..
"yummy yummy yummy i got love in my tummy.....", and this is usually my expression
i don't have an e-song, but when me and my friends eat the pill, we always say a toast like: "Lets raise our glases (with water) to a nice flight and a soft landing"
