OK, I'm gonna ignore the fact that you are absolutely clueless and be constructive.
First off, Steve's artist name is The Thrillseekers, not Thrillseeka. Thus, he would have no basis for suing DJ Paul. Secondly, I do hope you know that Thrillseeka is an old hardcore track from 1999. Do you really think that they would take their names from a TRANCE artist?

Thrillseeka is a superb track if you like any of that genre... the best release on Traxtorm Records ever
