torture should be used for specific crimes, like murder, robbery, kidnap, etc. on that level. punishment fits the crime..

Wtf is this, I dont think that any crime should cause the goverment to lower itself to the levels of the crimanals themselves and thats exactly what this would be doing. I live in a country where both the police and the gangs will torture you and beleive me it aint good shit, you allready have it in jails were the inmates themselves will kill child molesters rapests ext. Do we need to go to the point where the goverment that is suposed to be a rational and moral entity is deminished to this level
