Dunno newbie question

i am interested in djing and wanted to buy turntables but dont have a clue which are good and which sux i was thinkin about getting the stanton spin cycle pak http://www.stantondj.com/alpha44/lo...ge=spincyclepak and wanted to ask ya since ya know more about this i they are good for just starting out, or should i buy some used ones off ebay or something

any help will be appreciated thank you

50's are crap if you get decks from stanton you sould get something like 80 or over (i have 100's) also packs are shit buy your things seperatly, someting else you mgiht consider is buying cd players first as vinils will cost as much as your first setup will by the time your ready to actually play out on vinils, i learned how to play on cds first then went to vinil, it makes your proficent at both

the problem with asking people for advice on buying turntables is you'll get the advice "omg! buy teh technics!!!" and all.

I'd say if ur rich and don't care for the actual quality of the table as much as you care for the durability, go for the techs. If else (damn that java exam!), get some good quality turntables like stanton st-100 (although stanton is too expensive imo) or some st-150 clones.
