umm yeah i cant swin so i stay away from the deep water .... you know more than 4 feet and i start to panic ...so to answer your question no i would not ride them waves

Hell Id ride em. If I knew how. The trick is that they are tow in, so it is not that hard to get started. Now if I had to paddle into one...*SHUDDER* Even if you wipeout on one of those its just like a minute and a half holding you down. Just make sure you stay clear of your board. Thats what will get you.

I have frequent nightmares with waves that big. I never die or anything in those nightmares, but it is really disturbing. I think it's a trauma cause I almost drawned once in Mexico, doing drunk-swimming in Acapulco. But the waves were only 2 meters high...
