I have the Zen Nomad Extra Jukebox II 40 gig. I only have 10 gigs of music so I store movies and backed up all my stuff onto it hehe.

i have a

Seagate 120GB HD i added. it takes care of me hehehe. i think i spent about $150 on it.

it's ok, i'm getting a backup hard disk as well, think i'm going to get a Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 160GB, costing €111.94
and a Zynet Polar Harddisk Case to contain it in.

This is all part of my recent splurge in electronics, ordered a Sony PCGTR5MP and ordering a DiMAGE G400 next week hopefully.

i'm approaching 50gigs of music and need some sort of storage device for it so thought a 60gig mp3 player would be best, as i could use it for listening to tunes on the go as well

battery life aint too great apparently, and they havn't released a 50/60gig version here yet

Well, since we're kinda on the topic of portable memory devices (although it isn't an mp3 player...sorry about that. Might try searching thinkgeek though for one, just don't buy from them, they're overpriced)
