it's the title track from the album, just like in the new one there is a 'Just Be' track. but credit for that track shouldn't go only for Tiesto, as it's a remix by V-One (Laurent Veronnez more known as Airwave, L-Vee, Lolo..)

the singer is Nicola Hitchcock.. i don't know the lyrics but there must be some site around with them
