Some Links Wont Load

On random sites when i click on a link, the page wont open. It just pauses for about 30 seconds and then nothing happens. Do i need to install something or is the computer just completely Kaput.

Are you behind a gateway of some sort? I find that occasionally I get the same problem, and I restart my router to fix it.
