טרד סיגריות

חבר'ה עוד טרד קטן ונחמד שפתחתי בעקבות גילוי על המעשנים פה
אז שכול אחד יביא פרטים על איזה סיגריות הוא מעשן? איך התחיל? איזה סיגריה הכי טובה?
כמה ביום?

עוד מעט יפתחו טרד על סמים איזה סם הכי אהוב ?
כמה פעמים השתמשת באותו מזרק ?
מתי גילית שיש לך איידס?
לאיזה זונות הכי כדאי ללכת?

מזה הטרד המסכן הזה?

אני לא מעשן וניסיתי לעשן ואחריי שקרה לי מקרה "לא נעים" במשפחה שנבע בגלל סיגריות כולם אצלנו נגמלו מעישון

אנשים לא מבינים שהם מכניסים רעל לגוף שלהם שישפיע עליהם בטווח הרחוק

לא מעשן..
עישנתי פעם שנה בערך בגיל 14-15...
אבל בקטנה לא יותר מחפיסה בחודש...אם אפשר היה לקרוא לזה עישון...
מאז לא מעשן...
...היום רק פעעעעעם ב
נגיד כששיכור תחת אז לחץ חברתי עושה את שלו...
אבל עדיין מתנגד ומה שהכי מעצבן שבזמן האחרון אני מגלה יותר ויותר בנות שמעשנות ולא בנים...

עקרונית לא נגעתי בסיגריות עד לפני נניח חצי שנה... בהדרגה העליתי מינון אבל אני לא מתכוון להמשיך, לא שאני טוחן אותם כרגע.

אני מעשן מקסימום 7-8 סיגריות לחודש, עפ"י רוב אל אם לייט או נובלס, אבל פתוח להצעות


נ.ב. סיגריה אחת לשבוע משפרת את תפקוד מערכת העיכול!

מה שקרה זה שאימא שלי מעשנת מגיל 20 ובשנה האחרונה זה פשוט היה סיוט גילו אצלה גידול ממאיר בכבד ודרכי המרה (מה עוד שיום לפני הניתוח קופת החולים אומרת לנו שהיא לא משתתפת בניתוח אז היינו צריכים לשלם איזה 50 אלף יענו אתה משלם כל החיים שלך ומתיי שאתה צריך עזרה אתה מקבל זין) חוץ מזה היה לה ניתוח של איזה 8 שעות תביןנראה לי ניתוח לב פתוח מסיימים בפחות זמן. מלבד זה עכשיו היא עוברת טיפולי כימוטרפיה שרופא מסויים דיבר איתי בפרטיות ואמר לי לשכנע אותה להפסיק עם הטיפול כי יכול להיות שעוד 4 טיפולים החומר הזה יחליש אותה והיא תהיה יותר פגיעה. ותבין עכשיו היא מנסה לפצות על זה שהיא לא השקיעה בבריאות אם זה לקנות דברים אורגנים או לא לאכול דברים עם צבעי מאכל או חומרים משמרים ודברים כאלה..
קשה לתאר במילים את הכאב הנפשי שזה גורם כי עד שזה לא קורה לך אתה לא מבין את זה לא פלא אנשים מבוגרים אומרים יאללה אם הייתי שם את הכסף שאני זורק על סיגריות בחיסכון וגם הייתי יותר בריא
לא מעט יוצא לי לדבר עם אנשים שנגמלו מעישון והם אומרים שפתאום התחדדו להם החושים.

פתאום שמשהו קורה למישהו שאתה אוהב אז אתה לוקח את החיים ביותר פרופורציה ומסתכל על החיים בצורה שונה שאתה צריך להינות מהם כל עוד אתה יכול ולנצל כל יום כאילו היה יומך האחרון.

סעמק נראה לי נפתחתי יותר מידי
