Does anyone else here have a boss/manager/supervisor who should be, by all rights, locked up in some sort of Maximum Security mental institution?

e.g. Some new girl rings up to quit and the boss isn’t in yet so my workmate takes a message. My workmate tells me, and I say 'whatev' & go about my business. The boss arrives, gets the message then comes and tells me that this girl has quit, I say 'oh yeh I already know that' and she(boss) goes OFF saying that NO ONE tells her anything, and that she's kept in the dark etc etc! and I’m like..'ummmm you (literally) just walked in the door'..

This is just a small sample of the madness I endure everyday. If this thread survives I’ll post more events, as they occur daily .

Yeah, my earlier boss was a homosexual father******....so I quit and I'm jobless now

I was working in the kichen and one of the staff came in and was board so she got some cut up cucumbers and made a patten and walked off with it, i also whent out and when i came in 1 minute later the mager is having a fit with the other chef about not letting other staff wast food, and i mean he was so close to frowing things at him. Next thing is anther staff member comes in to the kitchen nealy crying becouse the manger had a go at her too!! But it was not her.

The thing is we wast other a £100 pounds warth of food a day and the manger nows that to well, so why cry over 5 pence warth of food like that??

my boss is exactly like the guy from office space. thank god i don't have to see his ass very often...

i used to have a pyscho boss. he really needed lithium or something. i have so many stories, but one sticks in my mind. i used to work at a restaurant (on a study break atm) and he used to always have a gun. well one day i guess he was feeling threatened or something, i dont know what his deal was....well he was in the kitchen and he was expediting the food from the window. if you dont work in a restaurant, this is where the food gets sent out from the kitchen and where it makes sure it goes to the right table, etc. well he was wearing this gun and it was stuck in the back of his pants. i guess he felt important by carrying it, who knows. i mean was he going to pull the gun out and point it at a chef and say give me my steak, NOW....who knows i just found it fucked up that he had it.

there are so many crazy stories i have about him. needless to say he sold his business to 'get away' and moved to florida. the restaurant was in New York.

Well the movie was based on a comic about Milton

My psycho boss from yrs ago, he is probably locked up. He fired me in my teens because I was not working hard enough, while some fat girl never did any work and he never said a word to her, she stole, I told the manager, cuz she was stealing large amounts of stuff. He used to throw things, yell and swear like crazy, give the shipping companies heck if they were 1 minute late, I assume he is either dead of a heart attack, someone shot him or he is locked up in one of Canada's many prisons.
