Is Cor Fijneman the unluckiest dj out there?

I dont live in Holland so i really dont know all the facts but i have been wondering a few things and perhaps somebody can clear it all up for me...

For the last year i've seriously been wondering if cor fijneman has got the short end of the "tiesto stick" over the last five years along with the likes of Gert Huinnink..As i understand it Cor Fijneman engineered Tiesto's initial releases "Sparkles" and the Allure singles (im not sure about theme from Norfeijl)..Tiesto's remix of skin - faithfulness, for me anyway, follows a similiar formulae to Venus..and now after listening to the Tiesto album for the tenth odd time i cant find a sound in there that Cor or Gert hasnt been able to replicate in any of their releases..Does tiesto do any of his own production? Seems logical that Tiesto who is 6ft odd and by all accounts a pretty decent lookin chap would be pushed into the spotlight ahead of slightly less appealing Cor Fijneman..

Can somebody correct me because although i will always think of tiesto as an innovator by way of being the creator of this tech/trance fusion, everytime i hear a new piece of production i just cant believe he has done it.

I'm sure they are a part in his creations, but i don't think they're doing the majority of the work anyway.
If fijneman made a track, why would he give/sell it to Tijs?

Plenty of producers have other people who help them write tracks. Picotto has about three people who get regular writing and producing credits in his tracks. As long as they get a writing credit they get their share.

hehe tbh, i don't think yves deruyter made any of his productions by himself. I think he has the ideas, but not really the skillz

Tiesto has a weird looking head, and I don't know too many girls who would find him attractive.

While this has been discussed in a few threads recently, I think it's safe to say that Tiesto does the majority of the song writing on his productions.

EDIT - When I saw the topic of this thread I immediately thought about how Cor got the CD of Tiesto's remix to Street Spirit stolen from him, and I thought that maybe another exclusive CD got stolen from him while he was spinning.

Thats what I thought too... plus maybe the constant bashing he gets for his weight/size.

Most big name DJ's have co-producers don't they? I think Sasha and Oakenfold would be of similar case?
While others such as PvD and Armin do everything themselves?

Lee Burridge admits he does VERY LITTLE of his own productions, he says he has some guy that helps him out always, he just has the idea of what he wants to do...
