Yes...if you are bringing ANY bag they WILL open it...(or case) I take my digital camera and I have a little leather case for it as well and they always open it to look inside and i was asked a few times what is that too...I mean you could fool them but it's not worth the effort...besides once youre inside the bouncers might see you and you're toast...
