found this cool game, but hard to figure out how to play

can someon pleease read the Help and tell me how to play? i know i have to use arrowkeys but thats about it

this is it.

Hit the left and right arrows to gain speed and when the moment is right, lower the staff by hitting the arrow down key. Hit the arrow up key when the guy shold jump. Watch out for not hitting arrow up eiter too slow or too fast as it will reduce the speed.
