The only place that I can think of that might have a REMOTE chance of streaming it out is at www.shoutcast.com. Just type in Paul van Dyk in the search engine there. There are usually a few channels that like to spew out PvD livesets, so there's a nice chance that one of them plays Mayday 2004.

Edit: Crap, my bad. You're after Westbam! Usually, when I read "Mayday", my mind automatically thinks "PvD". But still, check out that website, you might run into something.
