Please Please Help

hiya ... my friend from awhile ago made this CD for me without any of the names and singers of the songs.. the CD has since went missin in Feb and i hav been lookin which feels forever for 2 songs! And someone said i may get help on this website!

Please if you know, tell me the name and/or singer of these 2 songs

^^ The 1st one sounds like Nalin And Kane's - Beachball is the tune but with those words and made faster!
