Alright, I need to know about all the big parties going down this summer east of the rockies (we're in ATL). Bear in mind we have a guy with us who is 17, so 18+ parties are most likely out of the question. The only two that come to mind right now are Starscape and Zenfest, both of which I haven't heard too much positive praise of.

Theres gotta be other things going down, though.

Save up and come to Monster Massive in LA on Oct 30. 20,000+ people massive as it's all age. The lineup hasn't been announced yet, but what I've heard so far it'll be

Just hope what I heard is true.

If ya do somehow come, just stay near the stage to get the good crowd...get into the middle or the back of the floor, and you will see piles of 14-15 year olds everywhere. :-p
