I just got a new cell phone today, Sanyo RL-4920, on my Sprint service. I don't like flips and this phone just looked great and all and was on my service plan for returning my old phone. With my old one, I have some cool jpg images that I downloaded onto the phone and used as wallpapers and caller screening images.

I'm sure you've all seen some websites to do this uploading and get ringtones, but they all cost money and it is a lot and it is horrible (and BS). I've seen these before, but I'm either looking for 100% entirely free websites that provide free ringtones and wallpapers and images, and/or sites that allow for you to custom upload an image to a web that is sent to you to download. I need to do the custom mostly, but for free is the most important. Thanks!
