blazing then working out

anybody here goes to the gym to work out? i was wondering if it's alright to blaze (toke up) for me in the morning and perhaps go to the gym later on in the day...i'd rather go to the gym alogether but i figured maybe it'll be okay to toke some now and after im sober work out later? anyone know if that's okay and if the work out will still be effective?

I had a roommate that was a total chronic and could do this np, but for me about the only drug I can handle before working out is caffeine, heh.

if you can do it, then more power to you. once i smoke a little, i pretty much have to accept the fact that i won't be doing much the rest of the evening. that's why i only do it at night, like before bed while i'm watching a little tv or something. it makes me too lazy.


or i like to do it before i'm about to have a big meal

He's super ripped, partly due to the fact that he has no job, just finished school, and dedicates the better part of his day to working out, sun tanning, and smoking weed =P

If you're not powerlifting or the like, then a few tokes don't hurt, but remember its a depressant after all and will not let you perform to your capabilities. Speed or amphetemines on the other hand tend to charge you up. Meth will make you superhuman, but remember there's a lot of stress on the heart and you don't need to be pumped up all the time. ...just my experience from back in the day.

I do not advise any such activity before working out. I got stoned on friday on the way to go clubbing, when i reached the club i was in the mood for dancing but after a while any strenuous exercise was out of the question and i stuck to my little corner and fell asleep on a speaker

i had a friend on a ski team and they used to always toke up before they went to the gym
marijuana is a pain killer so thus you can do more strenuous exersize with out all the pain of it.
but this also means you will not be as congiscent of how hard you are pushing your body and thus are much more prone to over exert yourself and hurt yourself.
i say fuck it. you can get just as good a workout without it and avoid the risk of over exerting yourself. and also ist even better to do it afterwards and relax
