I actually laughed out loud when I read this. I am conflicted; see, I know the attrocities committed during war by asian militants, such as the Viet Cong and particularly the Japanese during WWII, but at the same time whenever I hear "asian" I think "William Hung." I just can't take those guys seriously.

You must not get around much to think Asians are merely humorous bufoons. Sounds like racism.

The last time Korean forces were deployed was during Vietnam. They are some ruthless mothers and have a different outlook on war than the Western civilization. Trust me, I know the mentality. They will attack and wipe out all opposition that faces them; collateral damage is an afterthought. Glad they're on our side. Not glad at any prospect putting us in a fight with a North Korea or a China or a Vietnam anytime in the near future.

there have been studies showing that americans can't distinguish faces of other ethnicities.....same goes for asians, same goes for african americans...I think it is the way our mind is setup, with out groups n all.
