this is just my opinion but i think he is the greatest producer ever
some might say others but how many other produces have as many full lenght albums as him
how many other producer/dj can rework a song like he can and play it in their own sets and no one else has those songs
im sorry but this man just amazes me and i cant wait till he releases another full production album
im sure u will agree with me on this starfox
this man is brilliant
he should be in the books not oakenfold

Well, he is a great producer...but not the best. Amount of albums doesn't make a person an even better producer; look at ATB, for example.
He is, though, one of the top remixers/"reworkers" and one of the top DJ's. And he is in the books, and has every single right to be there. And so does Oakenfold...saying that PvD should be in them, and Oakenfold shouldn't is just ignorance and bias...both have been, are, and will be, a part of trance history.
in all walks of life, there are people in every profession who have a consumate, immaculate approach to their work. The attention to detail, the obsession with being perfect is shown in their immaculate work.
in trance, that person is pvd.
from his original and genre defining productions, to his impeccable remixes, to his aweinspiring dj performances...pvd really is at the top of his field.
pvd is my inspiration
