this summer i've been staying up until 5 or 6 every night (morning?). its really fucking up my sleep schedule.

just wondering if anyone was worse than me.

I was going to bed anywhere from 2-4 in the morning, until this week. Started a new job, so now I'm hitting the hay at around midnight. Save tonight, it's the weekend.

last summer when i wasnt working for 7 months, and was drinking everyday id go to sleep anything from 4am later.... was gay i was having troubles sleeeping, and it also fucked me up the next day cos sum times i wouldnt get up it 3am, and ofcourse half the day is gone then :/

yeah its 3:07 am right now here in vancity..and i stay up till about 5 and right before i go to sleep i ride my bike for as long as i can and ride up to this park thats the highest point in vancouver and watch the sun come up and smoke a joint and listin to some good trance..good for a work out..makes you soooo tired and it feels so nice to just lay down and sleep..bad thing about staying up real late is there bad tv..i mostly am alone, since my family is asleep, so i pretty much just have music to listen to..so much for tv..after conan..there NOTHING on, sometimes the odd good movie..but thats it..thank god for the comedy network..

i really need some fucking sleep!

i have to get up for work between 7 and 8 (depending on how tired i am and how late i feel like being) on weekdays, so i usually go to bed anywhere between 11pm and 2am. it's the weekends that fuck me, when i pull all-nighters and party til the sun comes up and then i hafta get back to my normal schedule for monday morning.

it's 6:28am here right now.

usually around 7-8am. of course I work from 10-6am.

11:30 typically, 12 tops haha. i'm a morning person myself; cant say that same about last summer.

Used to be in the party crowd stayin up all night bla bla bla. But now I sleep from 11 to 9 am every night. And I need it. I just woke up and im gonna go on a run. Im gonna be doing stuff all day (totally sunny out today, its gonna be a good one) and working out and my body requires sleep to heal these days.

Plus I enjoy drinking like anyone, but Ive come to the conclusion that waking up sober and feeling normal is Gods Gift to Mankind.

Now that its summer i go to sleep around 2am that cause my mom always tells me go to bed,IM like WTF i dont even have school tommarrow its my summer vacation

but if i get really stoned or pissed then i either dont sleep or sleep at like 10-11pm

my sleep schedule has been really fucked so far. i've been trying to get to bed, but i can't seem to before 2:30-3am. of course then i have to get up at 5am so that i can drive an hour to work where i sit there all day and talk on TA. then i get home at about 6pm, when my day really starts, and work out and/or get together with people...
