Talk to the manager and yell at them. It usually works, but i dunno for movie theatres.

Thats serious bullshit though, i mean you give them proof and shit.

Damn that's bad. I'm not completely sure how Fandango works, but everytime I used it I never had to go to the theater to pickup my tickets since I had the option to print my tickets online from Fandango's website.

the ticket situation wouldn't have bothered me so much, but the fact that you were an hour away really makes the difference.. damn

Sure it was my fault for leaving my credit card at home, but those f*ucking pricks were so inflexible it’s unreal. Would it have been such a big deal to say ok this time I’ll let you in but in the future… Most places they use a credit card to hold your tickets but they don’t charge it. Even if they charge, it's common place to claim your tickets using your name. They pitch Fandango as a service to make things easier for the consumer when it’s really setup for their benefit and easy, not yours. Last time I ever buy ticket online.
