hey it's a nice try, but it seems very open and weak.. theres a lot of things that my ears are missing from the song.. it becomes very repetative too easily..

It's very similar to the original in terms of layout and arrangement, which is by no means a bad thing, but if you could differ it from the orig a bit more.. it would also stand out a lot more

Faithless - Insomnia (Steve's Sleepless Nights Remix)

The primary objective in the remix was to remove the jungle/percussion-like sound of the original and make the whole thing a bit warmer. I didn't really want to add too much sounds & fx, for it probably wouldn't fit in a 4:50 song. (Or I would have to make it longer which isn't normal in a hardtrance track.) So I stayed relatively close to the original.

For Starters to say longer then 4mins 50 isnt normal for a hard trance song just shows how much of a noob u r...Dj Scot, Hennes and Cold, Shokk...Kings of hard trance...find me a song of theres under 7mins and ill be surprised...these days hennes and cold and dj scot are making consistant 9min songs...

Percussion is horrible...theres no percussion really...theres no speed...it just feels so damn empty even when the melody is playing...and it sounds like theres no bass at all...i can hear a piss weak clap and sum other percussive sound...and the melody just keeps going theres no change ups...

Ur kidding urself if u think this is hard trance...i wouldnt even call this a song...but on the plus side...for a first time id say u got potential cuz u have sum good sounds.

intro is going about nothing...its worthless. There is no build up, no percussion, no synths, only a very weak bass and kick. I like how you changed the melody, i could make an awesome remix with that bassline change under the melody. Synths are very weak though, that 2nd synth is overwhelming everything...no this is not good, this is very bad. No hardtrance either.
