Hey, first full production in over two months. This one is a nice uplifter with a slight summer feel.

Title: Within
Type: Uplifting Trance
Length: 5:40
Size: 7.78mb

download erratic - within (original mix)

Thanks guys. (also let me know what I could change, remove, add etc as I will probably touch it up)

dj-rob,

Great job!

I remember a few weeks ago reviewing the work in progress and you’ve really developed it into a great sounding track.

Keep them coming!

DJ-ROB!! Great uplifter! Really love the track ... these first sounded gated strings sounds little cheap and I recognize the ARMIN CHORD sound Nice work keep it up! Perfect string work!
Maybe more percussions? Everything else sounds perfect!

plus
like the intro
lovely hi-hats
nice synths
nice FX
good produced

minus
melody comes too fast
sonds a little messy
unoriginal
some sounds are a little fogged out

conclusion
very nicely produced track, uplifting, the rhythm is very nice me love the hi hats, but I do think this style is a little outdated..

Hey, good job! I like it quite a bit. It is both uplifting and summery at the same time. The only thing is that sometimes you get too much stuff going at once so it starts to clash and blur together. Maybe some careful eq'ing would do the trick. I definitely like the lead melody though. The effects are quite good also. One last thing, though I'm not sure how it would work in terms of the song's structure, is that the song is fairly short. If you don't mind, then it's fine, and I personally like the song anyways as it is, but if you could squeeze out a longer version then it might allow for more flexibility in a mix.

There's a really, really nice feel about this track. The tune + arrangement are spot on.

I don't really have anything else constructive to say, except that you maybe just one night's work on the eq away from excellence here.

If all the elements meshed together just a little better then I would have really loved this track!

Cool

very nice, well produced, there seems to be too much reverb or summat in places tho. only other gripe is that it kicks in way to quickly, won't sound too pretty in the mix, good shit tho
