Virus C = I use the SoundDiver Virus program that comes with it on CD... Really very easy to do stuff. Also if you have the patches in MIDI format, just play them in Windows Media player and it will transfer them to the Virus. Usually takes about 1 minute, you will know if it's working or not cos a little icon will come up on the Virus' Screen.
Make sure you download the factory settings&full reset files of the access site incase you overwrite something you don't want to..

u need to erase the flash anyway to store another soundset to it(or you will get reorganizeing memeory screen and have to dump the set a few times) so your on your way. make sure the sysex ID in the global menu is set to 1 and if that doesn't work try 0 or 2...if teh set was dumnped on a different sysex ID then when you sump it back it has to match the ID. All Waldorfs sets are set to ID 1 and so are all the other sets out there.
