i have 2 1200mk2s, whitelabels, american dj q221 mixer, and a pioneer headphone...
my mixer is bullshit, doesnt even have mids... im planning on upgrading by this week. still can't decide what to buy...
pioneer djm-300, vestax pmc-270, or stanton smx401...
help me choose... what are the pros and cons with them

instead of the pmc270, think about the pcv275. its the same mixer with harder waring faders.

although i am probably biased being a 275 owner, i would go for it out of those 3. i'd prefer the 3 channel mixers over the 2 channel djm300, and out of the 2 it would be the vestax. i have never used the stanton, but in general, vestax's build quality is better. plus you get to use the effects pre and post fader on the vestax, and you get an LED meter thingy for the cue signal too (less faff)

the 275 would be nice.. but it isnt available yet here in the p.i.
the only vestax mixers available here are the pmc170a pcv180 and pmc270, and some pcvsomething 19inch mixer...

have you looked into importing? america is dead cheap for electrical stuff compared to most places in the world, the difference usually at least covers the extra shipping. and if the shop are kind enough to mark it as a gift on their shipping papers then you shouldn't have to pay any import tax

but yeah, even still i would go for the pmc270 out of those 3

I would go for the Vestax out of all of them. I've always liked the pmc over the pcv. The reason is I like stiff crossfaders.
