What lvl, class, and server were you on?

I'm still playing 65 Enc on fennin ro.

I use to play on PS2...was a lvl 25 Erudite Shadow Knight

i played for the first 2 years of the game, hardcore. Had a 58 druid, 57 monk, 53 shadow knight...the druid and monk had epics, and all had plane and deep dungeon equipment. I had a blast playing, i was in one of the top guilds on Cazic Thule. The rush of organizing and rushing to the mobs and dragons and gods was a blast. But i stopped because of burnout, sold my accounts for 800 a piece and moved on. Havne't played an mmorpg since. But eq2 is coming out...and who knows.

I used to play in Fennin Ro arond 99-2000 and then moved to Druzzil RO in the Fennin Ro/Druzzil Ro move. I sold my Necromancer account lvl 65 on october..I wish i still played but im going to try EQ 2 instead.

I played the first two years it was out, right up until Sleepers Tomb was being farmed. Had a 65 Rogue, 59 Shaman, 55 Cleric, 54 Warrior and countless other twinks. Was part of the best guild on my server, so was playing 6-8 hours every day. It was fun at the time, but damn I missed out on a lot because of my EQ addiction. Never again will I touch an MMORPG.

I'm glad I stopped when I did, though. It was fun as hell when it first came out and each level gain was an accomplishment, but now everyone is 65 and it's the same shit over and over. They're just milking the hell out of it until EQ2.

Alot of people feel EQ2 will suck since many of the original minds behind EQ left when Sony took over.

Also, alot of people that play EQ say they won't switch to EQ2 because they don't want to build up a character all over again.

Waiting for WoW to come out also. Right now playing FFXI.

yeah but its not like there wont be new people wanting to play. I used to say i wasnt going to play EQ 2 becausei didnt want to start over..but EQ is just the same shit over and over as someone said. And i dont think EQ 2 will suck more than EQ. They are taking everything from normal everquest to a higher level. We'll see what happens.
