I'd like to inform my fellow TA's that today I have bought my first set of vinyl records, and talked to a friend of mine who will let me start practicing with his Technics-1200. (He has them at home.)

My first vinyl set, purchased from planetxusa.com, is the following.
1. D-Mention - Daydream
2. Perpetuous Dreamer - Sound of Goodbye
3. Amara - Pulse
4. Sunscream - Please Save Me

Interestingly, although all the records usually cost $10 the Please Save Me one was $12, and it only has one mix

Anyhow, this is the beginning of what I hope will be an interesting pursuit. Just thought I'd share it with the others. There comes a point when your love for Trance, clubbing, and a great time is so great that you want to share it with others -- and that's when you become a DJ .

And I bought Push - Sunscreem (even though its not a great track) and it cost me 16 bucks (canadian) for a 1 sided white label...its the first promo they put out.

Those ones cost more.

hey is planetxusa good? It seems like they have all the old tracks that i want? how is there service. How long does it take to get my records? well if u could answer my questions, ur gonna make 1 happy ta

it's a very good service... I buy some of my records on this site and it takes 4-6 days to ship them in switzerland. so i think it's faster than that to ship them in USA...

They have a wide selection, but for some reason my order is taking a VERY long time. I e-mailed them, they said "we're doing the best we can, these are not the best of times." I think it's related to the US bombings. In general I've heard good things about them. Their selection is the widest I've seen anywhere, *including* overseas sites.
