My friend wants to get this setup for $150 and I was wondering if it was worth it or not.

to be honest for $150, that looks a bargain. i dont know how these bits of kit are priced over there, but it looks like a good deal so long as they are in good working order etc

has str8-30's x 2 and thats around $400.

I bet he'll be able to resell everything for more than that if he's not satisfied, he can't loose.
