You're a senior trance addict and you dont know how to use the search button?
Well, I'm gonna try to answer your question anyway cause i'm just such a nice guy
Audiophiles are considered to be the cheapest decent production soundcard you can get. If you are just starting out, they have all the great features you need, and lack all the ones you don't :P
In general, the ability to use lots of VSTs is mainly going to be limited by your CPU/Memory, providing you have a semi decent soundcard already. People usually upgrade from onboard soundcards to an audiophile or something similar to get lower latency and better sound quality (crap soundcards have crap digital to analogue converters, which apparently makes a big difference).
So yeah, if you're just starting out, most people will tell you that an Audiophile or an Echo Mia etc. will be the best value for you.
Then again i could be completely wrong :
