Hi,

A nice month for me throughout July on the DJ/Production front once again and all the below sums up the latest in the world of BEN :-)

My online radio residencies are going really smooth and this months special mix on my 'Total T.R.A.N.C.E!' show has come from non other than Les Hemstock himself or better known to most as one half of top trance production outfit Hemstock & Jennings.
Further guestmixes arranged for future shows are from DJ Precision, Filo & Peri, Jon O'Bir and most recently Marco V who'll be guestmixing in my 3rd Edition (August) of 'Total T.R.A.N.C.E!

The latest 'G-Force' production to follow up the highly acclaimed "Connect" is in the pipeline along with a nice remix of a top quality trance tune, but more on them two next month when they're nearer to completion :-)
Also there's a new remix due of one of our earlier tracks entitled "War".
The remix is coming from Dutch DJ/Producer Leon Pieket and going by his other productions and his eagerness to complete this remix it should be well worth the wait... look out for me playing this mix hot off the CDR in the coming month or so.

Below are this months reviews from me... just take a read below (note the reviews each month are the top 3 tracks out of my top 10 for that month)...

Paul Van Dyk - "Another Way" (Perspective Remix) CDR..... 9/10
My favourite unsigned remix in a long time has finally arrived and this one's going to be hard to beat.
Unsigned producer Perspective has given us here one fine shining example of what can be done to make the work of top producers like PVD stand out even more.
An amazing layer of strings in the breakdown give you that feeling that makes hairs standing on end then in comes the main riff in the build-up then without trace blows into the track.
Neatly done and well deserves the number one place in my chart this month, expect to be hearing me playing this one alot!!!

Psylogic - "Pixel Generation" CDR..... 8/10
Instead of heading towards the hard styles trance at the end of my sets now, i'm going all psy.
All of the psy tracks i've been playing of late have been unsigned but this one stands out the most definate just down to the sheer enjoyment I get out of playing this tune on a really loud system.
All the usual psy sounds are there, funky fx stabs and the trademark psy-basslines and kicks, also the typical acid/techno feel riff in the last part of the tune make you really feel this tune and enjoy it to the max.
Psy's coming and this is headlining it for me, great tune and a near runner for the top spot this month but unfortunately fell into second place (sorry :-P)

TFT - "True Meanings" CDR..... 8/10
I'm so suprised that I haven't put this as my number one this month as every one of TFT's tunes I get they go straight to number one in my chart.
Only received this track in the past week and it's still building on me so who knows, this could be heading for the top next month.
The usual TFT sounds are present as always, soaring uplifting riffs, heavy kicks and damaging basslines, all the ingrediants for a storming tune.
Surely this young 19yr old Canadian should have all his tunes released by now as they're just tooo good.
Well done Tim on yet another successful track, when's the next one due?!? :-)
