Ringing of the Bells??? (help me ID please) techno

A few weeks ago a friend of mine gave a copy of a mix someone made for him. I listened to the mix and halfway through it there was a song that starts off with a creepy voice saying "It's coming, the final chapter" then almost the whole song is bells ringing. Not really a trance song but I found it to be a cool track. I would guess and say it's a techno sounding song. I tried to find the name of the track online but didn't have much luck. All I found was a website that had a song called "Ringing of the Bells" by Brooklyn Bounce. No audio samples. So I went to the store and searched online and couldn't find anything by Brooklyn Bounce called Ringing of the Bells. In fact, I couldn't find any song called ringing of the bells that was recent.
Last night I heard this track again at a live set. I really like this track for some reason. I asked my friend today if he could find out from the person who gave him the mix what the name of the song was. He said that he doesn't know the person who made the mix. He just got it from another friend. So I went online to see if I could find the track name from putting the CD in my computer and having it pull up the track names. No help!!!
I'm sure many of you know this track. Could you help me by IDing the track and who it is by. Also, what album I can find it on. Thank you.

I don't have a sample because it's in the middle of the mix. It is a 1 track mix. However, I'm sure if the track is being played in clubs someone here may be able to help. It's hard to explaine how the song goes but there are a lot of different bells ringing throughout the track. I guess that's no help.
