Mixer Question

I've recently purchased an American Audio CDI 500 and I will soon have a Pioneer CDJ 800 in my setup also. Only problem is NO MIXER! I'm still looking around trying to decide what to get. I've been looking at a few:

American Audio QD5
http://www.adjaudio.com/product.asp...1208&cat=Mixers

Pioneer DJM 300
http://www.planetdj.com/expanded_de...K&IMAGE_EXIST=Y

Numark Matrix 2

I'm just starting so I don't need anything really complex. I'm probably going to spend around $300. I will also be using this more for mixing NOT scratching. I'm not sure if any of these are meant to be used just for scratching. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

why not look at vestax 275, 3 channel mixer with a fourth line so u can either add an effects box or have another deck on board, so u could have 4 decks eventually attached, how cool is that, and prolly for the same price or near to the ones u stated. Hope this helps.

If you have to choose from those 3, I would say go with the Pioneer since Pioneer is obviously better than the other two choices and it rocks!! Also, you have to consider what type of dj-ing your going to be doing. If its private parties, you might need a four channel to accomodate the mics, turns, cd players and wtever else. If you just messing around with dj-ing, I would say pay a little more and invest in a Vestax.

I will eventually invest in a better mixer, but for now when I'm just starting I don't really see any need to have more than 2 channels. I was thinking about getting the djm 300 anyways, just because it was the most known/popular mixer on there and I've heard good things about it. Thanks for your input guys, if you have any more suggestions don't be shy.
