all i can think of right now

A fly in the eye. A fly bouncing off your eye is better coz otherwise it mashes up in your eye, sooooo as long as it bounces its all good.

A boxing glove, knocked the contact straight out.

depends on if you box from 6 feet away or from 2

..putting eye drops (those little individually packaged ones) in my eye to reduce redness and a minute piece of plastic from the tip of the dropper flakes off, gets in my eye, goes under the eyelid ofcourse and causes utter pain and caustic redness for 3 DAYS!!
