According to Mixmag (July edition) Paul Oakenfold is about to quit djing as he moves to ROCK???!
It is stated in article that Oakey had enough of EDM, and he is forming a rock band. The reason for such shift lies in fact that Oakenfold did everything there is to be done in dance industry in his 20 years long carriere.

Just interested what fellow TA's think about this.

Me personaly, i can live without Oakenfold but he on the other hand really did so much for EDM.

ehm, i seriously find it hard that he can succeed with that, must be so different...

I think hes got to get off his high horse. As big as a Oakey fanatic i am, i highly doubt he can pull it off. Who will listen to him. All his fans are EDMers. Im sure hes got some high profile friends that can help him in the rock scene like u2.
