Hey guys. Was told about this site recentely so thought id come check it out and unleash my tunes on it.

Ive listened to a few other tunes posted and im quite impressed. Its weird how you can listen to proffesional productions on top CDs day in day out, yet its hearning some really good amature prouctions from a message board that inspires you to want to move onto greater things.

Anyway, my tune is on www.samlyons.com and is called transcending. Its an energetic melodic trance number. Ive made some changes to the version on my site already and will be making more but this version is quite close to finished.

Check out my web site too, its shit hot

Cheers guys.

not sure if i like this kick.(taste don't worrie ).

very cool how this bass/acid thing comes up, kinda like frenzy(mk-s remix)

offbeats bass are fine in my books

cool background stuff, synths and percussion.

i feel the string that comes in the intro is a bit to quiet.

1.55 nice arp .

now breaking down, sounds good so far.

break is ok, the melody that comes up sounds quite nice.

melody sounds nice when the strings come up fully.

overall it's quite good, but it's to long imo, 2 climaxes are not needed, also improve the first climax with snare roll or some fx kinda thing.

hope this helped .

Ive been thinking im going to either make it shorter or put some more variety in there. Havent quite decided yet though. There is a snare roll at the first climax but its way to quite so ive sorted that out now.

Cheers for your comments mate, nice one.
