Atleast try to think of a persuasive argument rather than just linking a thread, of course new technology will come along, dosn't mean vinyls are lame.
The point of this thread, a well thought up argument would be asking for people opinions and posting it on the dj booth.

get a clue mate it still feels better to mix with vinyl and the reason why they r switching to other formats is for practical purposes less to carry around.
cant u even form ur own opinion on the matter or do have to link to other sites
Oh shit, the big boys are doing it, we better all hunker down and follow suit.
The future is not CD over vinyl or sticking to vinyl alone, you have to combine all the available mediums. And who the fuck cares what you're spinning on, as long as you throw down a great set.

they're the opposite of lame, extreme kewlness factor but unfortunately they're very unconvenient compared to cd and generic digital formats
this is gonna end up in a mix of "vinyl vs cd" / "hardware vs software" / "mp3 vs legal" / "tradition vs future" all threads we have seen countless times in the past

Oh no, Sasha and Pete Tong are giving up vinyl?? Whatever shall I do?? I guess I need to follow suit and promptly smash all my records and TTs and get CD's and CDJs otherwise I won't be as cool anymore!!!!
This is a lame argument coming from a person who obviously has trouble forming a coherent argument so they have to link a web site to get their psuedo-point across. Get a clue...
