you wanna make sure that the url to the .jpg or .gif file is linked correctly...also frontpage might have tracked the URL as a file:// link on your computer...so make sure you give it an http:// address to make sure that it's reading from your server and not your computer...i had that problem with dreamweaver. once you give it an http:// address, it won't show the picture in pagemaker, but the picture will be properly displayed on the web as you having the pictured read from a website...

also make sure that you have the pixel size for each picture set-up correctly...it helps with the esthetics of the webpage.

hope that helps

i know what your saying, but i can't seem to fix my problem. i have built my site with front page 2002, and my pictures are in My Pictures folder. when i upload them i upload them from this folder. but the pictures don't appear. when i right click on the picture and go to picture properties, the image source is "http://www.kevinm.4t.com/Ibiza%20Edited%20Pics/2/
Ibiza%20Pics%20For%20Site%2022.jpg"

I know this is wrong, but i don't know how to change this in to a format of www.kevinm.4t.com/images/2 for example??

i'm not sure what kind of script editing comes with frontpage, but try to look for the script editor and find the src tag for the image...and in that remove the http:// linkage and try retyping it manually...if it still doesn't work, what you need to do is rename the pictures and the folders that the pictures are in....that's where the "%20" keeps popping up, that's how the space character is depicted in code, try to avoid those as much as possible...
