euler - the atlantic north

Re-worked an old track a little bit. This has pretty hard bass and kick, but the melodies are pretty soft.

Name: The Atlantic North
Length: 10:35 (Cut for SoundClick)
Style: Semi-Progressive
Quality: 128 kbps
Gear: FL Studio 4.0 Pro, NI Pro-52
Link: SoundClick: Stream or Mp3

I would like to thank Bren-F for the kick and most of the percs. The track is still in the works, I need to finish it on a different computer, because the current FL Studio file is to layered for this comp to handle.

What do you guys think???

Thanks for listening!

I like this track a lot. The percussion and hi-hats flow well with the bassline and the melody is very soothing and well developed. The piano overlay and the underlying melody are also mint! Superb tune mate!

Nice track.

this ePiano is cool.

and in my gust percussion on 1:26 starts its minimum to loud (or my Headphones have that loud sound...) and Claps must have longer delay or reverb.

i think ... try this claps

http://dickensa.waw.pl/~koso/sample/tranceclap6.wav

to your project, this claps from Bren-F :>

ps. you use Clap20 or Clap 0053 from Bren-f ?

Anyway Good Track .

Thanks for the replies!!

I'm still going to work on the percs some more, as it sounds rather simple now. I'll leave the general outline.

This clap was a last minute thing, so I didn't add any reeverb or delay and I don't remember which one it is.

I think what you are hearing at 1:26 is not percs but a synth. Its the WASP synth in FL Studio, you can hear it changing later in the track.

The piano you hear is actually a SoundFont.

I think I need to make the NI Pro-52 melody a little softer when it cuts to the highpoint in the track. I like it better when its on the soft side...What do you think?

Also, do you guys think the track is too repetitive and long? I've never made a 10 minute track.

Thanks Again!
