The other day, I was on a shared computer at the local university and found a sweet sounding MP3 on it. Unfortunately, I have no idea who it's by. The only clues I have to its identity is the name of the MP3 which was just called "Restricted Area (2002)" and the track length - somewhere around 5:45.

Any idea who it's by?

(I'll bring along my flash drive next time, then try get the same computer (unlikely) and see if it's there (even more unlikely). If it is, I'll come and post a sample.)
